Custom Employee Apparel for Seattle and Eastside Companies | Custom Screen Printing & DTF

Getting a whole company into matching shirts sounds simple until you are the person doing it. Someone has to settle on a logo size, collect forty sets of sizes, find out who is remote, and make sure the new hire starting next month is not left out. Trilli Prints, based in Bellevue, handles company apparel for teams from about 20 to 500 people across Seattle, Bellevue and the surrounding area. There are no order minimums, and you see a free digital proof before anything is printed.

Start with the roles, not the garment | Custom Screen Printing

A single shirt rarely fits every job in a company. Before you pick a style, list who wears it and where.

  • Front-of-house and client-facing staff usually look best in a polo with a small logo on the left chest. See our custom printed polos for how that is done.
  • Warehouse, shop and field crews tend to want a durable cotton or blend tee that can take a lot of washing. If the crew works in the trades, our construction and trades apparel page goes deeper.
  • Office teams often prefer a soft tee or a hoodie they would wear on a weekend as well.
  • Leadership and sales may want a more polished polo, or the same shirt as everyone else. Many companies choose the second option on purpose.

Mixing two garments in one order is common. Tell us how many of each and we will quote them together.

Where the logo goes | Screen Printed Apparel

A consistent placement does more for a team look than an expensive garment. Left chest is the standard for polos and button-style shirts. A larger front print works on tees and hoodies, and a back print is useful for a company name that people see from behind in a crowd or on a job site.

Send your logo as a vector file (SVG or AI) or a high-resolution PNG. If all you have is a screenshot from your website, send that as well and we will tell you honestly whether it will print cleanly.

Sizing a team without the spreadsheet headache | Local Screen Printing in WA

The cleanest way to get sizes is a short form, not a long email chain. Ask for name, garment and size only, and set a firm deadline. A few habits help.

  1. Let people choose between a fitted and a relaxed cut if you are ordering more than one style.
  2. Ask remote employees for their size at the same time, and ship their shirts directly if you prefer. Tell us the plan when you request the quote.
  3. Order a few extra of the common sizes. Staff grow, and new people start.

New hires and reorders | Custom Screen Printing Services

The real cost of company apparel is not the first order, it is the fifth. When someone joins six months later, the new shirt should match the old ones. Keep three things from your first order: the artwork file, the garment style and the garment color. Send them with any reorder and we can match the original.

A simple approach is to place one large order each year and a small top-up order each quarter for new hires. Because there is no minimum, small top-ups are fine.

Timing your order | Custom Screen Printing

Most orders ship in 5 to 10 business days after you approve the proof. That makes the approval the real deadline, so give yourself time to get a yes from marketing, a manager or the founder. If you need shirts for an event such as an offsite, work backward from that date. For a bigger company event, see our Bellevue corporate swag page.

Pricing for company orders | Screen Printed Apparel

Price depends on the garment, the number of print locations, the size of the artwork and the quantity. Pricing improves at 25, 50, 100 and 250 pieces, so one combined order is usually better than several small ones. Send the headcount, the garment type and the date through the quote form and we will reply with a number.

Company apparel questions

Can we order for employees in more than one city?

Yes. Tell us where the shirts should go. One order can be split between an office and individual addresses, and we will confirm how that works when you request the quote.

What if our logo has several colors?

Direct-to-film printing handles multi-color artwork. We show it on the proof so you can check the colors before we print.

How do we keep new-hire shirts matching the original order?

Save the artwork file and note the garment style and color from your first order, then send them with the reorder.

Do we have to order a minimum number of shirts?

No. A team of 20 and a team of 500 are both fine, and bulk pricing improves as the quantity grows.

Can you help if we do not have a finished logo file?

Yes. Design help is available. Send what you have and tell us what you need.
