The garment changes how the finished shirt feels, so decide on it early. We print on cotton, blends and performance fabrics from brands such as Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan and AS Colour, in adult and youth sizes.
- Classic cotton tees are the default for events, fundraisers and giveaways. They are familiar, comfortable and easy on a budget.

Getting your artwork ready | Local Screen Printing in WA
Send artwork as a PNG, SVG, AI or PSD file. A larger, sharper file prints better than a small one, and a transparent background keeps the design clean on the shirt. Direct-to-film printing with water-based inks handles multi-color artwork, gradients and fine detail, so you do not need to simplify a design just to print it.
Think about contrast. A dark design on a dark shirt will disappear, and a pale design on a white shirt will wash out. If you are not sure, ask for design help. We send a free digital proof showing your artwork on the actual shirt before anything is printed, so you can check placement, sizes and colors.

Price depends on the garment, the quantity, how many print locations you want and how complex the artwork is. Bulk pricing improves at 25, 50, 100 and 250 pieces. How many of each size to order | Custom Screen Printing
When you collect sizes from a group, ask everyone directly instead of guessing. If you need to estimate, adult orders usually cluster in the middle sizes, with fewer at the extremes. Order a small buffer of the most common sizes for latecomers, and keep a note of how many youth and adult shirts you need, since they are ordered separately.
When to order | Screen Printed Apparel
Most orders ship in 5 to 10 business days after you approve your proof, and rush options are available when your date is tight. Add time for the proof round, since a design is not printed until you approve it. Shipping is free, so you can have the shirts sent straight to your home, office or school. For anything with a hard date, such as a race or a ceremony, send your request three or four weeks ahead.

T-shirt questions
Can I order just one or two shirts?
Yes. There is no minimum, so a single shirt is fine. Many people order one first as a sample before placing a larger order.
Will the print crack or fade?
DTF prints are made to hold up to regular washing. For the longest life, turn the shirt inside out, wash in cool water, skip bleach and avoid very high dryer heat.
What file should I send?
A PNG, SVG, AI or PSD at a high resolution is best. If you only have a photo of a logo, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it can be cleaned up or needs to be redrawn.
Can different people get different sizes on one order?
Yes. Send us a size breakdown, such as how many youth small, adult medium and adult large you need, and we will price it as one order.
