Three ways to run a spirit wear order | Custom Screen Printing
An online school store. We build a private store with your designs and sizes loaded. Families order and pay for themselves, and we handle printing, shipping, exchanges and customer service. A pre-order sale. Share the design with families, collect sizes and payments by a deadline, and place one order for exactly what was sold. There is no leftover stock.
A bulk order for a group. A club, class or team collects its sizes on one form and places one order. This suits field trip shirts, grade-level shirts, field day and teams, and shipping is free on bulk orders.
Either way, one person should own the sizes. A single shared form is easier to manage than dozens of email replies.

Spirit wear that gets worn has a few things in common.
- A simple design in school colors. The mascot or school name, with one or two accent colors, reads better than a busy design.
- A fresh design each year. Many schools run a student design contest, which builds excitement before the sale begins.
- A mix of garments. T-shirts, hoodies and long sleeves in youth and adult sizes let families choose the price they like.
Send your artwork as a PNG, SVG, AI or PSD file, or ask for design help. We send a free digital proof showing the design on the real garment before we print anything. Be careful with official team or league logos. Use your own school name or mascot artwork, and check that you have permission to use it.

If the shirts need to arrive for a specific event, such as a spirit week or a field day, work backward from that date and add a cushion for the proof and the printing.

Spirit wear price depends on the garment, the number of print locations, the artwork and the quantity, and bulk pricing improves at 25, 50, 100 and 250 pieces. Because there are no minimums, you can run a small sale first. If your group is raising money, decide your price per item after you receive the quote so you know what is left for the school. Use one form for the whole sale and ask for the item, the size and the quantity. Close it by a firm deadline, then send us the totals.
Can we sell different items at different prices?
Yes. Many schools offer a t-shirt, a hoodie and a long sleeve. Send us the quantities for each.
Can we reorder next year?
Yes. Keep your artwork file and the garment style and color from this year, and send them with the reorder.
Can we run a spirit wear sale without paying anything up front?
