Most spirit wear programs run on volunteer time: someone builds an order form, collects checks, counts sizes, sorts boxes and answers the "where is my hoodie?" emails. Trilli Prints, based in Bellevue, offers a different way to run it. We build your school a private online store with your approved designs, families order and pay for themselves, and we handle printing, shipping and customer service. Your PTA approves the designs, promotes the store and receives the proceeds.

Three ways to order school spirit wear | Custom Screen Printing
An online school store. A branded store with your designs, sizes and prices already loaded. It can stay open all year or run for a short window. This is the best fit if you want to avoid collecting money and sorting orders.
A bulk order for an event or group. One person collects sizes, the school pays once, and we ship the whole order together. This suits field day, a fifth-grade class, a field trip or a staff event.
A small group order. A single class, club or team can order exactly what it needs. There are no minimums.

How the online school store works | Screen Printed Apparel
- Send your logo, mascot and colors. We mock up your designs at no cost. If you need help creating a design, tell us.
- Approve designs and products. We suggest a focused starting collection of roughly a dozen items, such as two t-shirt options, a hoodie, a crewneck, a quarter-zip and a hat or beanie. A shorter list is easier for families to shop, and you can add items later.
- We build the store. Once designs and garments are approved, the store can go live within about 48 hours.
- Share the link. Families choose sizes and pay at checkout. You promote it through your newsletter, a flyer or a QR code at drop-off.
- We print and ship. Orders print weekly and ship to each family. Your office never touches inventory, sorts orders or collects money.
What it costs your school | Local Screen Printing in WA
There is no setup fee and no monthly, annual or transaction fee. There is no contract, no exclusivity requirement and no minimum sales requirement. You can run the store for a season and decide afterward whether to continue.
Proceeds come from a fundraising percentage that we add on top of base pricing for each item. You choose the level with us, up to 50% over base pricing, and you can adjust it each season. A higher percentage raises the price families pay, so most schools weigh affordability against fundraising goals. The full fundraising amount goes to your PTA. We do not deduct platform fees from it.
For example, if the store returns an average of 17% of apparel revenue to the PTA, then $10,000 in family purchases would return about $1,700. We send the PTA a check each month with an itemized report of that month's sales. You can also see sales and proceeds during the program, with a report that breaks them down by item and by time.
Shipping and delivery | Custom Screen Printing Services
Online store orders ship for a flat rate of $6.99 per order, no matter how many items are in the box. There is no minimum order or dollar threshold. Orders ship to each family's address, or in one batch to the school for classroom pickup if you prefer. If you order in bulk for an event, shipping is free and the price per item goes down, so contact us directly for those.
Store orders are printed in weekly batches, and delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the order. Expect the longer end of that range during back-to-school and the December holidays.
Sizes, brands and exchanges | Custom Screen Printing
We offer youth sizes from XS through XL and adult sizes from S through 5XL, and some adult styles also come in XS. Each product page has a size chart to reduce wrong-size orders. If a family orders the wrong size, we handle the exchange directly with them, so the PTA does not have to.
We can work with many garment brands. The ones most often used for school stores are Gildan, Hanes, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Champion, Jerzees and Next Level Apparel.
Designs, seasons and extras | Screen Printed Apparel
One store can carry several designs at once. Many schools keep a main spirit wear design alongside a separate staff design, a fifth-grade "graduating class" shirt and a design for Spirit Week or field day. We also run limited-time seasonal collections, such as back-to-school, the holidays and end of year, on top of a standing core collection. We can add or remove products during the year, and you have one dedicated contact at Trilli Prints rather than a rotating support queue.
If a family has a question about an order, a delivery or a defective item, they contact us directly by phone, email or through the store, not the PTA.

School ordering questions
How much work is this for PTA volunteers?
Your volunteers approve designs, promote the store and receive the proceeds. We handle the store, printing, shipping, exchanges and customer service. There are no order forms, no cash or checks and no inventory.
Should the store stay open all year or only for a short window?
Both work. A year-round store gives families a place to order whenever they need something, such as a new student in the winter. A shorter window creates urgency around Spirit Week or Homecoming. Many schools keep a standing store and add seasonal collections.
Does the school have to buy anything up front?
No. There is no setup fee and no minimum, and families pay individually at checkout.
Can we choose how much the PTA earns?
Yes. The fundraising percentage is set with you and can be up to 50% over base pricing. It is added to the price families pay, so we help you choose a level that balances price and proceeds.
What happens if a family orders the wrong size?
We handle the exchange directly with the family, so the PTA is not involved. Every product page also has a size chart to help families choose the right size the first time.
