What changes as the quantity grows | Custom Screen Printing

Printing has a fixed setup cost for each design and print location, no matter how many shirts you order. That cost is spread across the order, which is why larger orders cost less per shirt. Our pricing improves at four steps: 25, 50, 100 and 250 pieces.

  • 20 to 49 shirts. Typical for a team, a small business, a family reunion or a club. Combining everything into one order is worth it, as bulk discounts apply when ordered together.
  • 50 to 99 shirts. Common for a school grade, a small company or a charity event. This is a good range to add a second garment, such as a hoodie.
  • 100 to 249 shirts. Typical for conferences, volunteer groups and larger fundraisers. Pricing improves again at the 100 and 250 steps.
  • 250 to 500 shirts. Races, festivals, large companies and community events. This is where planning matters most, because late changes are harder to absorb.

Start from a roster, not an estimate. Write down who needs a shirt, and add a small buffer for late joiners and replacements. If a group is flexible, a short sign-up form with the garment and size works better than guessing.

Size mix depends on the group, so avoid assuming a standard curve. Adult teams, kids' programs and mixed events all look different. The best predictor is the group itself. If you need youth and adult sizes in the same order, tell us up front.

Send a vector file (SVG or AI) or a high-resolution PNG. Keep the design simple enough to read from a few feet away. Multi-color artwork is fine with direct-to-film printing. Decide in advance which print locations you want, because each additional location adds to the cost.
